Harcourt College Limited
Harcourt College Limited has the distinction of being Ireland’s newest third level institutions, established in 2008 to oversee the management and future development of ELI (English Language Institute) and HBS (Harcourt Business School). Both colleges have now established a strong reputation for academic excellence among international students and the ever demanding business community in Ireland. Both colleges are committed to the development and implementation of the highest quality educational courses and training programmes through this new management company. Both colleges are situated in Harcourt Street in the heart of Dublin city centre.
English Language Institute (ELI)

The English Language Institute was the first English language school to be founded in Dublin (1959) and was also the first to be recognized by the Irish Department of Education. ELI offers courses tailored for students of all levels of English language skill and experience. The ELI suite of EFL programmes provides students with a strong foundation for future success, academic or professional, in an English language environment.
ELI’s commitment to educational excellence is reflected in its progressive course structure, its expert teaching methods, and most importantly the high standards of English proficiency achieved by its students, both past and present. ELI is an ACELS (Advisory Council for English Language Schools) approved school and an MEI RELSA school.
Harcourt Business School (HBS)

HBS (Harcourt Business School) is a third level approved national business school and comprises a comprehensive range of undergraduate, graduate and professional programmes that cater for the needs of a wide variety of students, business and the wider community.
Since the school was founded over three years ago it has enjoyed continued success and growth with excellent student achievement rates and awards in both state and professional examinations.
The majority of courses and training programmes offered at Harcourt Business School are accredited by leading awarding bodies such as ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management), EDI (Education Development International), ICM (Institute of Commercial Management), ICS Skills (ECDL and EUCIP programmes) and other International awarding bodies and Institutions. The college will continue to offer a range of high quality third level education and training programmes which is relevant to the demands of the modern business environment. Testimony to this commitment has been the expansion and development of its business programmes into a number of overseas countries which it will continue to grow and expand.
